How long is the production time?

It can take up to 3-6 weeks, depending on the complexity of the style (Express Service Available)

How many Fittings do I need?

2 to 6 fittings, depending on the complexity of the style (Express Service Available)

Can I get a refund (Bespoke)?

Refunds cannot be made on partially made or completed garment as these cannot be resold.

Can I change my style/design?

Alterations can be done if you change your mind after the completion of your garment. This will incur additional costs except for minor changes

How do I book an appointment?

Visit our website and click on the ‘book online’ section

How much is your consultation fee?

Free! However, a booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. It will be deducted off your overall cost of producing your garment.

Can I cancel or reschedule our appointment?

Yes, but we require 72 hours’ notice to avoid losing your booking deposit

What is your return policy?

Our exchange and returns policy lasts 14 days. We are unable to offer you an exchange If 14 days have passed since your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.


We will also notify the status requesting to +If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
