Service Description

Please note that a £35 deposit is required to secure your booking, which will be deducted off your overall cost of sewing your garment. We will first be discussing details about your fabric, materials and styles and then move on to taking your full body measurements. You may bring a picture or sample of the styles you are interested in or we can otherwise suggest styles for you based on your preferences. Once you are completely happy with your choice, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 90% before production of your garment commences and then balancing amount on collection or fitting day. You may require between 2-6 fittings or more depending on the complexity of your garment. Note that we are unable to process a refund for a completed or partially made garment, except for very rare circumstances, where there has been a proven miscommunication about styles Please note that the £35 booking fee is non-refundable in the instance that you have not given us a 72hours notice to reschedule or cancel our appointment.
